Yoga yana inganta aikin kwakwalwa tare da motsa jiki na tunani
 

Rayuwa mai aiki da tunani na iya taimakawa wajen yakar tabin hankali da damuwa, a cewar wani binciken da aka yi kwanan nan. Gretchen Reynolds, wanda aka buga labarinsa a farkon Yuni a New York Timessami bincike mai ban sha'awa wanda ke tabbatar da tasirin yoga akan lafiyar tsufa.

Masu bincike a Jami'ar Kalifoniya sun tattara manya-manya 29 da tsofaffi masu fama da rauni na hankali kuma suka kasu kashi biyu: rukuni daya ya yi atisayen tunani kuma ɗayan ya aikata yoga na kundalini.

Makonni goma sha biyu daga baya, masana kimiyya suka rubuta ƙara ƙarfin aiki a cikin ƙungiyoyin biyu, amma waɗanda suka aikata yoga sun ji daɗin farin ciki kuma sun ci nasara mafi girma a gwaje-gwajen da ke auna ma'auni, zurfin ciki, da kuma gane abu. Yoga da azuzuwan yin zuzzurfan tunani sun taimaka musu sosai su zama masu aiki da yawa.

Mutanen da ke cikin binciken sun damu da yiwuwar lalacewar ƙwaƙwalwar ajiyar shekaru, bisa ga bayanan likita. Wannan shi ne saboda gaskiyar cewa har yanzu basu gama fahimtar yadda yoga da tunani zasu iya haifar da sauye-sauyen halittu a cikin kwakwalwa ba.
