Rashin lafiyar abinci da rashin haƙuri a cikin masu cin ganyayyaki

Wasu mutane suna rashin lafiyar wasu abinci. Idan sun ci su, tsarin garkuwar jikinsu yana amsawa ta wata hanya, wanda zai iya haifar da rashin jin daɗi ko kuma yana da haɗari ga rayuwa. Mutane da yawa ba za su iya jure wa wasu abinci ba. Suna iya samun alamun rashin lafiyar marasa daɗi, amma sau da yawa suna iya cin abinci kaɗan na kowane abinci ba tare da ɓata lokaci ba.

Mafi yawan rashin lafiyar abinci da rashin haƙuri suna tasowa a cikin masu cin ganyayyaki saboda alkama, qwai, kwayoyi da tsaba, madara da waken soya.

Alkama

Ana samun Gluten a cikin alkama, hatsin rai da sha'ir, wasu kuma suna mayar da martani ga hatsi. Masu cin ganyayyaki waɗanda ke guje wa alkama ya kamata su ci hatsi marasa alkama kamar masara, gero, shinkafa, quinoa, da buckwheat. Popcorn da yawancin abinci masu cin ganyayyaki da aka sarrafa kamar su hamburgers da tsiran alade sun ƙunshi alkama. Dole ne alamun abinci su ƙunshi bayani game da abun ciki na alkama a cikin samfurin.

qwai

Ciwon ƙwai ya zama ruwan dare a cikin yara, amma yawancin yaran da ke da ciwon kwai sun fi girma da su. Dole ne a yi wa dukkan nau'ikan abincin da aka yi wa lakabi da bayanai game da abun cikin kwai. Qwai tushen furotin ne mai kyau, amma akwai sauran hanyoyin da za a iya amfani da su na tushen shuka.

Kwayoyi da Tsaba

Yawancin mutanen da ke fama da ciwon goro suna amsawa ga gyada, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, da pecans. Mutanen da ke fama da rashin lafiyar gyada sau da yawa su ma ba za su iya jure wa sesame, babban abin da ke cikin tahini ba.  

Milk

Rashin haƙuri ga lactose shine amsa ga sukari a cikin madara kuma yawanci yana tasowa a cikin manya da yara. Rashin lafiyar madara ya fi zama ruwan dare a cikin yara, amma yawancin yara suna girma har zuwa shekaru uku.

Idan kuna tunanin yaronku na iya zama rashin lafiyar madara, yi magana da likitan ku ko baƙon lafiya kafin yin kowane canje-canjen abinci. Madadin kiwo sun haɗa da ƙaƙƙarfan madarar waken soya, yogurt soya, da cukuwar vegan.

Tofu da madarar waken soya ana yin su ne daga wake. Wasu mutanen da ke fama da ciwon waken soya ba sa amsa ga samfuran da aka yi daga waken soya, irin su tempeh da miso. Ana amfani da waken soya sosai a cikin kayan cin ganyayyaki, musamman ma maye gurbin nama, don haka yana da mahimmanci a karanta abubuwan da ke cikin alamomin. Soya shine tushen furotin mai cin ganyayyaki, amma akwai wasu da yawa.
