Dalilai 11 don son ƙwayar flax

Rigakafi shine abu mafi mahimmanci don kiyaye lafiya, kuma amfanin flaxseed yana da tasiri mai ƙarfi wanda zai iya hana cututtuka, inganta lafiya da warkar da jikinmu.

Ko da yake an san cewa an yi amfani da flax shekaru dubbai da suka gabata don amfanin lafiyarsa, ba a san shi ba a wannan zamani har zuwa kwanan nan kuma ana amfani da shi kawai don rini da tufafi.
