Vitamin P (daga Ingilishi "permeability" - don shiga) sune bioflavonoids na shuka wanda ke wakiltar rukuni na abubuwa masu aiki na halitta (rutin, catechins, quercetin, citrine, da dai sauransu). A cikin duka, a halin yanzu akwai fiye da 4000 bioflavonoids.
