Berry smoothies

Abin da kuke buƙatar:

  • 2 ½ kofuna na strawberries
  • 2 ½ kofin blueberries
  • 2 ½ kofuna waɗanda raspberries ko cranberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 ½ kofuna na yogurt mara nauyi
  • ½ kofin ruwan sanyi
  • 1 tsp ruwa zuma

Abin da za a yi:

A kwasfa ayaba, a yanka ta a sanya a cikin gilashin blender tare da sauran kayan. Beat har sai da santsi kuma zuba cikin gilashin. Bada izinin yin sanyi kaɗan a cikin firiji kafin yin hidima.

Melon da strawberry smoothie

Abin da kuke buƙatar:

  • Glon gishiri 125
  • 125 g strawberry
  • C cubes kankara 6-7

Abin da za a yi:

Ninka guna, strawberries da kankara a cikin blender. Beat har sai da santsi. Zuba cikin gilashi mai tsayi.

Blackberry smoothie

Ayyuka: 1

Abin da kuke buƙatar:

  • 1 ½ kofuna na yogurt mara nauyi
  • Kofin daskararren baƙar fata
  • ½ ayaba
  • 1 ruwan lemu
  • awa 1. L. vanilla sugar

Abin da za a yi:

A doke dukkan sinadaran a cikin blender (e) har sai da santsi. Zuba cikin gilashi kuma ku sha nan da nan!
