Bunting, sir!

Tuwon hatsin da aka dafa shi ne tushen ingantaccen fiber na abinci mai narkewa kuma maras narkewa, yana ba da kuzari kuma yana sa ku ji daɗi.

Darajar sinadirai na hatsi sun hada da antioxidants, hadaddun carbohydrates, fatty acids, amino acids, adadi mai yawa na ma'adanai (magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, iron, da dai sauransu), da kuma bitamin.  

Amfana ga lafiya

Yana rage mummunan matakan cholesterol yayin da yake kiyaye matakan cholesterol mai kyau.

Yana hana toshewar arteries, don haka rage haɗarin cututtukan zuciya.

Yana daidaita sukarin jini da matakan insulin, don haka hatsi sun dace da masu ciwon sukari.

Yana taimakawa rage hawan jini.

Sha ruwa mai yawa yayin cin hatsi - wannan zai inganta narkewa da kuma hana maƙarƙashiya. Gudun hanji na yau da kullun yana rage haɗarin kamuwa da cututtukan hanji.

Detoxing yana ba fata cikakkiyar kyan gani.

Taimaka don gamsar da ci, da amfani ga asarar nauyi, yana hana kiba a cikin yara.

Yana inganta metabolism kuma yana ba da makamashi don ayyukan wasanni.

Nau'in hatsi

Akwai nau'ikan hatsi da yawa. Wanne za a zaɓa shine batun fifikon mutum.
