Quinoa shine kyakkyawan tushen furotin ga masu cin ganyayyaki

Quinoa yana daya daga cikin mafi kyawun tushen furotin na tushen shuka akan duniya. Yana da na musamman, kawai tushen cikakken furotin mara kisa. Wannan yana nufin cewa ya ƙunshi dukkan mahimman amino acid guda 9 waɗanda ke da mahimmanci ga lafiyar ɗan adam.
