Gyaran motsa jiki na ofis
 

Don shakata wuyanka, karkatar da kai gaba, baya, dama, hagu.

Kaɗa ƙwanƙwasa hannunka, yi ɗan jujjuya juyawa tare da kafaɗunka gaba da gaba. Musclesarfafa jijiyoyin cikinku na secondsan daƙiƙoƙi, sannan ku huta; maimaita sau da yawa.

Don shimfiɗa haƙarƙarinka, miƙe bayanka, ka ja dogon numfashi ka yada hannayenka ko'ina, kamar kana son ka rungumi wani.

Ka miƙe ƙafafunka a ƙarƙashin tebur, ka ji tsokoki sun miƙa, juya yatsun ka, yi almakashi yi motsa jiki sau 8-10. Idan za ta yiwu, yi yawo cikin ofis, da farko a yatsunka, sannan a diddige. Wannan yana daidaita yaduwar jini a kafafu, wanda yake da rauni idan mutum ya zauna duk rana.

 

Takeauki kowane dama don motsawa. Tafiya kan matakala; idan zai yiwu, warware matsaloli tare da abokan aiki da kaina, kuma ba ta waya ko wasiƙa ba, da sauransu.
