Abubuwan sha marasa giya don teburin Sabuwar Shekara

Tare da kuɗi kaɗan, lokaci da ƙoƙari, zaku iya shirya abubuwan sha masu kyau da daɗi waɗanda ba na giya ba. Kumfa mai jin daɗi na alewa za su yi sautin ƙararrawa, ɗanɗano mai haske da ƙamshi na grog, naushi da ginger abin sha za su daidaita tare da saita jita-jita na biki, kuma zaƙi da dumin shayi za su dumi zuciya da sanya dare sosai. Bugu da ƙari, duk abin sha yana da lafiya sosai: suna da wadata a cikin bitamin, inganta narkewa da ƙarfafa tsarin rigakafi. 

                         GINGER ALE (Recipe )

- 800 ml na ruwan sha mai tsabta - tushen ginger maras tushe 5 cm - 3 tbsp. l. sukari / zuma 

Shirya kwandon gilashi mai tsabta wanda aka ƙone da ruwan zãfi. Muna zuba ruwa mai tsabta. Muna wanke tushen ginger da kyau, tare da goge uku, ba lallai ba ne a kwasfa shi (bawon yana dauke da kwayoyin cuta masu amfani da yawa waɗanda muke bukata don haifuwa), a shafa shi a kan grater mai kyau ko kuma a nika shi sosai a cikin blender. Narke sukari ko zuma a cikin ruwa. Ina ba da shawarar yin amfani da sukarin gwangwani na gaske, abin sha zai zama mafi ƙamshi da lafiya, kuma zai faranta muku da launin zinari. Ƙara ginger. Bar a dakin da zafin jiki (a cikin majalisa, alal misali) don fermentation na kwanaki 2-3. Kumfa ko kumfa a saman alama ce ta aiki mai aiki. Muna tacewa ta hanyar sieve mai kyau da kuma zuba abin sha a cikin kwalban gilashin da aka haifuwa, rufe murfin kuma bar a dakin da zafin jiki na tsawon sa'o'i 24. Sa'an nan, ba tare da budewa (don kada a saki gas ba), mun sanya shi a cikin firiji don wata rana. 

                                 Farashin APPLE GROG

- 1l. ruwan 'ya'yan itace apple

kayan yaji: cloves, kirfa, nutmeg

- 2 h. l. man shanu

– zuma dandana 

Zuba ruwan 'ya'yan itacen apple a cikin kasko kuma sanya shi a kan wuta. Muna zafi ruwan 'ya'yan itace zuwa zafi mai zafi, ƙara kayan yaji, man shanu da kuma dafa a kan zafi kadan na minti 5-7, yana motsawa kullum.

Cire kwanon rufi daga zafin rana da kuma tace ruwan apple ta hanyar cheesecloth ko mai laushi mai kyau. Ƙara zuma a cikin ruwan 'ya'yan itace apple kuma a motsa har sai ya rushe gaba daya. 

SHA GINDI

- tushen ginger

- 2 lemun tsami

- 1 hl turmeric

- 50 gr zuma 

Ki tankade dukkan sinadaran a cikin blender. Cika da ruwa (zafi ko sanyi) a cikin adadin cokali 2-3 a kowace kofi. 

CRANBERRY PUNCH

- 100 g cranberries

- 100 ml ruwan 'ya'yan itace cranberry

- 500 ml na ruwan 'ya'yan itace orange

- 500 ml na ruwan 'ya'yan itace apple

- ruwan 'ya'yan itace 1 lemun tsami

- orange da lemun tsami yanka

- tsunkule na nutmeg 

Mix cranberry, orange, lemun tsami da apple ruwan 'ya'yan itace, zafi a kan wuta, kada ku kawo zuwa tafasa.

Saka wasu cranberries, ƴan yankan 'ya'yan itatuwa citrus a ƙasan gilashin. Zuba ruwan 'ya'yan itace mai dumi.

SHAHIN TIBETAN

- 0,5 lita na ruwa

- guda 10. carnation inflorescences

- guda 10. cardamom kwasfa

- 2 tsp. kore shayi

- 1 tsp black shayi

 - 1 hl Jasmine

- 0,5 l na madara

- 4 cm tushen ginger

- 0,5 tsp. nutmeg 

Zuba ruwa a cikin kwanon rufi da tafasa. Add cloves, cardamom da 2 teaspoons na koren shayi. Sai ki sake dahuwa ki zuba madara, black tea, da daskare, sai ki sake tafasa. Saka nutmeg kuma tafasa don minti 5. Bayan haka, muna dagewa na minti 5, tace kuma muyi hidima. 

CHAI MASALA

- 2 kofuna na ruwa

- 1 kofin madara

- 4 tsp. l. baki shayi

– zaki

- 2 kwalaye na cardamom

- 2 black barkono

- 1 star anisi

- 2 inflorescences carnation

- 0,5 tsp fennel tsaba

- 1 tsp grated ginger

– wani tsunkule na grated nutmeg 

Nika kayan yaji a gauraya. A kawo shayi, ruwa da madara a tafasa a cikin akwati daya. Kashe wuta kuma ƙara kayan yaji. Bar shi don minti 10-15. Mu tace mu yi hidima. 

Ina yi muku fatan biki mai farin ciki da sani, mai tsabta, shekara mai ban mamaki!
