Rashin ƙarfe anemia - ra'ayin likitan mu

Rashin ƙarancin ƙarfe anemia yanayi ne na kowa, amma ba koyaushe yana damuwa ba. Karancin ƙarfe ya fi shafar matan da suka kai shekarun haihuwa, saboda wasu lokuta masu nauyi sosai. Ana gyara shi cikin sauƙi ta hanyar matakan abinci, ko ma ta hanyar amfani da maganin hana haihuwa na hormonal (don rage kwararar lokaci), da wuya ta hanyar shan ƙarfe mai magani.

Abubuwan da ke damun anemia su ne waɗanda ke tasowa a hankali saboda zubar jini na yau da kullun (sau da yawa na asali na narkewa), a cikin tsofaffi misali.
