Yadda za a zabi da dafa kifin ruwa mai kyau
 

Mutum yana cin kifi tun a tarihi. Shekaru da yawa, ta ciyar da shi, kuma har yanzu yana ci gaba da kasancewa ɗaya daga cikin manyan kayan abinci. A cikin dafa abinci, yawancin ƴan ƙasarmu sun fi son amfani da kifin ruwa mai daɗi, tunda ana iya siyan shi sabo ne kuma gabaɗaya yana da arha fiye da kifin teku.

Kifin kogin ya ƙunshi mafi ƙarancin kitse, sunadaran sunadarai masu narkewa cikin sauƙi, bitamin A da D. Calcium, phosphorus da iron, waɗanda ke da yawa a cikin kifin, suna da amfani kuma suna nuna ba kawai ga abincin abinci da na jarirai ba, har ma ga mutum mai lafiya na yau da kullun.

Kuna iya yin hidima koyaushe tare da cucumbers na kifi da tumatir, duka sabo da gishiri, sauran kayan lambu masu tsini, kabeji a kowane nau'i, vinaigrette.

Kifi a cikin kullu

Marinade: a matse ruwan 'ya'yan lemun tsami guda ɗaya a cikin cokali ɗaya na man sunflower, ƙara faski, gishiri, barkono baƙi don dandana kuma a motsawa sosai.

Yanke fillet ɗin kifi (gram 200) a cikin ƙananan guda, yayyafa da marinade, bar tsawon sa'o'i daya zuwa biyu. Daga ruwa (60 g), gari (80 g), man sunflower (cokali 1) da gishiri don dandana, shirya batter, ƙara launin bulala na ƙwai uku a ciki. Ki tsoma guntuwar kifin a cikin kullu kuma a soya a cikin kaskon da aka riga aka gama a cikin mai mai yawa.
