Abubuwan Nishaɗi Game da Kwayoyin Cashew

Kowa ya san cewa ƙwayayen cashew suna da daɗi da lafiya. A Indiya, ana shirya jita-jita masu cin ganyayyaki da yawa na ƙasa bisa tushen kashin, kamar Malai Kofta da Shahi Paneer.
