Dosha yoga: shirin Hamala a cikin yaren Rasha don jituwa ta jiki da ruhu

Ka ba da ranka da jikinka cikin yanayi na daidaito da ni'ima tare da shirin yoga daga Himalaya (Hemalayaa). Dosha yoga shine darussan da suka dace da yanayi.
