Avitaminosis: a cikin abin da samfurori don neman 6 da ake bukata bitamin

Avitaminosis shine rashin bitamin, kuma mafi yawan lokuta kololuwar sa ya faɗi akan canjin yanayi. Rashin abinci mai gina jiki na hunturu yana raunana garkuwar jikinmu, jerin sanyi, yanayin rashin tausayi da rashin jin daɗi na cututtuka na yau da kullum. Vitamin C

Vitamin B1

Da ake buƙata ta tsarin jin daɗin ku da metabolism. Ana samar da Thiamine a cikin hanji kuma yana da mahimmanci a gare shi don kula da microflora mai wadata.

Inda ya duba: Ana samunsa a cikin garin alkama, burodi, buckwheat, shinkafa, hatsi, hatsin rai, gwaiduwa, yisti, legumes da goro, da naman alade da naman sa.

Vitamin B2

Yana da mahimmanci ga girma kuma yana hana ci gaban anemia, kuma ya zama mataimaki a warkar da raunuka. Ana lalata bitamin B2 ta hanyar hasken ultraviolet kuma a cikin yanayin alkaline.

Inda ya duba: a cikin yisti, sabbin kayan lambu, hatsi, madara, qwai, nama da kifi. 

Vitamin E

Wannan "bitamin na matasa" yana rinjayar tsarin muscular da kuma aikin da ya dace na gonads. Ba ya rayuwa a cikin mahallin alkaline.

Inda za a duba: Ana samunsa a cikin ganye, man kayan lambu, gwaiduwa, furen hips.
