Anthocyanins

A cikin duniyar shuka da ke kewaye da mu, pigments da ake kira anthocyanins sun yadu. Suna narkar da a cikin tantanin halitta sap na shuke-shuke. Anthocyanins suna da sauƙin cirewa daga shuɗi, ruwan hoda, ko shuke-shuke ja.

Misali, ganyen kabeji ja, kowane irin berries da wasu ganye suna dauke da lu'ulu'u na anthocyanin. A wannan yanayin, launi na lu'ulu'u ya dogara da yanayin da suke ciki.

Alal misali, yanayin acidic yana ba anthocyanins launin ja mai zurfi. Alkali yana launin lu'ulu'u na anthocyanins blue. To, a cikin yanayi na tsaka tsaki, suna da launin shuɗi.

  • tare da rashin haƙuri na mutum ga samfuran da ke ɗauke da anthocyanins;
  • tare da halayen rashin lafiyar daban-daban waɗanda ke faruwa bayan cinye irin waɗannan samfuran.

Narkewar anthocyanins

Anthocyanins suna da narkewa sosai a cikin ruwa, an yi imani da cewa jikinmu yana shafe su da dari bisa dari!

Abubuwan amfani masu amfani na anthocyanins da tasirin su akan jiki

Anthocyanins sune antioxidants masu ƙarfi waɗanda ke kare jikinmu daga radicals kyauta. Suna da ƙwarewa na musamman don tsayayya da hasken ultraviolet kuma rage haɗarin ciwon daji.

Godiya ga anthocyanins, matakan tsufa suna raguwa kuma ana kula da wasu cututtukan jijiyoyin jiki. Ana amfani da Anthocyanins don hanawa da kuma a hade magani a cikin maganin cututtuka na kwayoyin cuta. Alamomin shuka kuma na iya taimakawa wajen hana ciwon sukari ko rage tasirin sa.
