1. rashin ma'adanai da aka samo daga samfurori (rashi a cikin jikin calcium, magnesium da phosphorus); 2. rashin bitamin mai-mai narkewa (A, D, E da K, musamman bitamin D); 3. yawan cin abinci mai yawan phytic acid; 4. da yawa sarrafa sukari.
