Menene amfanin tsaban hemp?

A fasaha na goro, tsaba na hemp suna da gina jiki sosai. Suna da ɗanɗanon haske, ɗanɗano mai laushi kuma suna ɗauke da mai sama da 30%. Kwayoyin hemp suna da wadataccen arziki a cikin mahimman fatty acid guda biyu: linoleic (omega-6) da alpha-linolenic (omega-3). Sun kuma ƙunshi gamma-linolenic acid. Kwayoyin hemp shine kyakkyawan tushen furotin kuma sama da kashi 25% na jimlar adadin kuzari sun fito ne daga furotin mai inganci. Wannan yana da mahimmanci fiye da chia tsaba ko flaxseeds, wanda wannan adadi ne 16-18%.
