Amfanin kaddarorin gwanda

'Ya'yan itacen gwanda na ban mamaki suna da wadatar bitamin, ma'adanai da sinadarai. Wannan 'ya'yan itacen yana daya daga cikin shahararrun 'ya'yan itatuwa saboda dandano, kayan abinci mai gina jiki da magunguna. Ana shuka bishiyoyin gwanda a yankuna masu zafi daban-daban don 'ya'yan itatuwa da kuma latex, wani enzyme da ake amfani da shi a masana'antar abinci.

Amfana ga lafiya

'Ya'yan itãcen marmari sun shahara saboda ƙananan adadin kuzari (39 kcal / 100 g kawai), babu cholesterol, mai arziki a cikin abubuwan gina jiki, ma'adanai da bitamin. Gwanda ya ƙunshi ɓangaren litattafan almara mai laushi, mai sauƙin narkewa tare da yalwar fiber na abinci mai narkewa don hana maƙarƙashiya.

Sabbin gwanda kuma yana da yawa a cikin potassium (257mg a kowace 100g) da calcium. Potassium wani muhimmin sashi ne na ruwan tantanin halitta wanda ke taimakawa wajen sarrafa bugun zuciya da hawan jini.

Gwanda magani ne na dabi'a ga cututtuka da yawa. A cikin maganin gargajiya, ana amfani da 'ya'yan gwanda azaman maganin kumburi, anti-parasitic da analgesic, yana da tasiri kuma yana magance ciwon ciki da tsutsotsi.
