Teas don taimaka maka barci

1. Chamomile shayi Ana tunanin chamomile a al'ada don rage damuwa kuma yana taimaka maka barci. A cikin 2010, Cibiyar Kiwon Lafiya ta Amurka ta nazarin ganyaye ta kammala cewa, duk da ƙananan adadin binciken da aka yi na asibiti, "ana ɗaukar chamomile a matsayin mai kwantar da hankali mai sauƙi da kuma maganin rashin barci." Furen chamomile an haɗa su a cikin shayin ganye da yawa kuma ana sayar da su daban.

2. Tea tare da valerian Valerian sanannen ganye ne don rashin bacci. Wani labarin da aka buga a shekara ta 2007 a cikin Reviews Medicine Reviews ya bayyana cewa "babu wata shaida mai gamsarwa game da tasirin wannan shuka don rashin barci", amma yana da lafiya ga jiki.
