Babu wata hanya mai mahimmanci don hana hare-haren tashin hankali, musamman tun da yawanci suna faruwa ba tare da annabta ba.

Koyaya, gudanarwa mai dacewa, duka ilimin harhada magunguna da marasa magani, na iya taimaka muku koyon sarrafa damuwa da hana ɓarna daga zama mai yawa ko nakasa. Don haka yana da mahimmanci a ga likita da sauri don dakatar da muguwar da'irar da wuri-wuri. 

Matakan kariya na asali

Don rage haɗarin samun fargaba, matakan da ke gaba, waɗanda galibi hankali ne, suna da amfani sosai:

- Ku bi maganin ku da kyau, kuma kada ku daina shan magani ba tare da shawarar likita ba;

- Guji shan abubuwa masu ban sha'awa, barasa ko kwayoyi, waɗanda zasu iya haifar da kama;

- Koyi don sarrafa damuwa don iyakance abubuwan da ke haifar da rikici ko katse rikicin lokacin da ya fara ( shakatawa, yoga, wasanni, dabarun tunani, da dai sauransu);

- Karɓi salon rayuwa mai kyau: abinci mai kyau, motsa jiki na yau da kullun, bacci mai daɗi…;

- Nemo tallafi daga masu kwantar da hankali (likitan ilimin likitanci, masanin ilimin halayyar dan adam), da ƙungiyoyin mutanen da ke fama da rikice-rikice iri ɗaya, don jin ƙarancin kaɗaici da fa'ida daga shawarwari masu dacewa.
