Maganin halitta don gastritis

Akwai dalilai daban-daban na gastritis: kwayoyin cuta, magani na dogon lokaci, bile reflux, cututtuka na autoimmune, rashin cin abinci mara kyau, damuwa, shan barasa. Don magance gastritis, kuna buƙatar yin canje-canje a salon rayuwa da abinci.

Ku ci ƙananan abinci fiye da sau uku a rana.

Ci kawai lokacin da kake jin yunwa.

Ya kamata a tauna abinci sosai don tabbatar da narkewar abinci.

Kada ku sha ruwa tare da abinci don hana dilution na enzymes masu narkewa. Ka guje wa abincin da ke haifar da haushi: abincin da aka sarrafa, abinci mai soyayyen abinci, abubuwan sha na carbonated, barasa, legumes, 'ya'yan itatuwa citrus, abinci mai yaji.

Ku ci kwano na oatmeal kowace rana don karin kumallo.

Haɗa yawancin 'ya'yan itatuwa da kayan marmari a cikin abincin ku.

A sha ruwan ginger, yana kawo ɗan jin daɗi ga masu fama da gastritis. Sha gilashi daya ko biyu a rana, akalla rabin sa'a kafin abinci.

  • 1 matsakaici danyen dankalin turawa
  • 1 teaspoon ruwan 'ya'yan itace tushen ginger

Sha ruwa mai yawa tsakanin abinci.
