Yadda ake Vinaigrette sauce
 

Ba za mu yi magana kwata-kwata game da salatin, wanda kowa ke son shi sosai kuma sau da yawa yana dafa abinci, amma game da kayan ado na Faransanci, wanda ya shahara sosai a duk faɗin duniya kuma ana amfani da shi don yin ado da salads kuma ana ba da nama da kifi. Abincin Vinaigrette yana da ɗanɗano mai tsami, ya ƙunshi man kayan lambu, ruwan inabi vinegar, gishiri da barkono, kuma, dangane da abin da aka yi amfani da tasa, ana ƙara kayan yaji masu dacewa.

Don yin miya na Vinaigrette na gargajiya a gida kuna buƙatar:

  • 3 sassa karin budurwa man zaitun;
  • 1 part vinegar vinegar ko lemun tsami (lemun tsami) ruwan 'ya'yan itace
