Zafi… Motsa jiki ɗaya zai cece ku daga zafi!

A yau shafin ya sami wasika: Yanzu (lokacin da ma'aunin zafi ya kasance +38) wataƙila wannan tambayar ta damu da yawa :))) A makon da ya gabata na ci karo da wani labarin mai ban sha'awa akan rukunin abokanmu. Ana ba da shawarar motsa jiki ɗaya mai sauƙi daga hachta yoga a can. An gwada Yana da ban dariya, amma yana taimakawa! An cire daga labarin: Pranayama shine fasahar numfashi. Tushen ƙa'idodin Pranayama suna samuwa ga kowa da kowa. Misali, lokacin da ya kai digiri Celsius 40 a wajen taga, zaku iya ceton kanku ta hanyar yin Lunar Pranayama: cikin nutsuwa cikin nutsuwa ta hancin dama kuma kamar yadda a natse, fitar da numfashi ta hagu.
