Haushi mai laushi

Don mafi kyawun ɗanɗano ɗanɗano da launi na Hawaiian, yi amfani da gwanda mai launin ja.

Gwanda tana wadatar da enzymes wanda ke inganta narkewar abinci mai kyau. Don haka wannan kayan zaki ba wai kawai yana da daɗi sosai ba, har ma yana da ƙoshin lafiya.

Lokacin dafa abinci: 20 minutes

Sinadaran:

  • 1 kofin finely yankakken sabo abarba
  • 1/2 kofin peeled gwanda
  • 1/4 kofin guava nectar, (duba “tukwici da bayanin kula”)
  • 1 tablespoon lemun tsami ruwan 'ya'yan itace
  • Cokali 1 na grenadine, (duba Tukwici da Bayanan kula)
  • 1/2 kofin kankara

Yadda ake yin smoothie na Hawaiian:

Sanya duk abubuwan da ke cikin blender. Yi m puree kuma ku bauta wa abin sha nan da nan.

Tukwici da Bayanan kula:

Lura: Grenadine jan syrup (galibi ana ɗanɗano shi da ruwan rumman) wanda ake amfani da shi don launi da dandano abubuwan sha. Nemo grenadine a cikin ɓangaren barasa na babban kanti. Nemo guava nectar a cikin ɓangaren ruwan 'ya'yan itace.
