Abincin da ke Taimaka wa Ciwon Kansa
 

Haɗarin cutar kansa yana ta ƙaruwa kuma yana girma cikin sauri. A cewar Hukumar Lafiya ta Duniya, kashi 13% na mace-macen da aka yi a shekarar 2011 a Rasha sun faru ne sanadiyyar cutar kansa. Abubuwa da yawa na iya haifar da cutar kansa: muhalli, motsin zuciyarmu, abincin da muke ci, da kuma sinadaran da muke ci. Ba a cika kulawa sosai ga rigakafin cutar kansa ba a yau, gami da ɗan tattauna matakan da za mu iya ɗauka da kanmu don tantance shi da wuri. Kuna iya karanta jagororin asali wanda kowa yakamata ya sani game da su anan.

Bugu da ƙari, ya kamata ku sani cewa akwai ƙarin bayanan kimiyya game da samfuran da ke da ikon hana ci gaban ƙwayoyin cutar kansa. Zan yi ajiyar wuri nan da nan: kawai amfani da waɗannan samfuran na yau da kullun na iya samun tasiri mai kyau. Yaya suke aiki?

Shin kun ji labarin angiogenesis? Hanya ce ta samar da jijiyoyin jini a jiki daga sauran jijiyoyin jini. Jijiyoyin jini suna taimakawa wajen kiyaye gabobinmu suyi aiki. Amma don angiogenesis yayi aiki a gare mu, yawan adadin tasoshin dole ne ya samar. Idan angiogenesis bai isa sosai ba, gajiya mai ɗaci, zubar gashi, shanyewar jiki, cututtukan zuciya, da sauransu na iya zama sakamakon. Idan angiogenesis yayi yawa, muna fuskantar kansar, amosanin gabbai, kiba, cutar Alzheimer, da sauransu. Lokacin da ƙarfin angiogenesis ya zama na al'ada, ba a ciyar da ƙwayoyin kansar da ke “bacci” a jikinmu. Tasirin angiogenesis akan ci gaban tumo ya shafi kowane irin ciwon daji.

Idan kun damu da lafiyar ku kuma kun fahimci abinci, a tsakanin sauran abubuwa, a matsayin ɗayan hanyoyin rigakafin cututtuka, haɗa da abinci daga wannan jerin a cikin abincinku:
