A cikin abincin ta, Adeline tana amfani da cuku tare da madarar almond, amma don shirya irin wannan bakan gizo, zaku iya amfani da kowane cuku mai taushi ko ma yogurt mai kauri. Sannan kuyi fantasy tare da dyes na halitta:

  • ruwan gwoza zai sa curd taro ruwan hoda,
  • turmeric zai juya orange,
  • chlorophyll zai ba da koren launi,
  • spirulina foda - shuɗi,
  • kuma hodar tawada ta shunayya ce.
