Bhagavad Gita akan nau'ikan abinci daban-daban

Rubutu 17.8 Abincin da mutane ke so cikin yanayin nagarta yana tsawaita rayuwa, yana tsarkake hankali, yana ba da ƙarfi, lafiya, farin ciki da gamsuwa. Yana da ɗanɗano, mai, lafiyayye, abinci mai daɗi.

Rubutu 17.9 Masu daci, mai tsami, gishiri, yaji, yaji, busassun abinci masu zafi sosai mutane suna son su cikin yanayin sha'awa. Irin wannan abinci yana haifar da baƙin ciki, wahala da cututtuka.

Rubutu 17.10 Abincin da aka shirya fiye da sa'o'i uku kafin a ci abinci, maras ɗanɗano, datti, ruɓaɓɓe, najasa kuma an yi shi daga ragowar sauran mutane, waɗanda ke cikin yanayin duhu suna son su.

Daga sharhin Srila Prabhupada: Ya kamata abinci ya kara tsawon rayuwa, ya tsarkake hankali kuma ya kara karfi. Wannan shine kawai manufarta. A baya, manyan masana sun gano abincin da ya fi dacewa da lafiya da kuma tsawon rai: madara da kayan kiwo, sukari, shinkafa, alkama, 'ya'yan itatuwa da kayan marmari. Duk waɗannan abubuwan suna faranta wa waɗanda suke cikin nagarta rai… Duk waɗannan abinci suna da tsabta a cikin yanayi. Sun bambanta da najasa abinci kamar giya da nama…

Samun kitsen dabbobi daga madara, man shanu, cuku gida da sauran kayayyakin kiwo, muna kawar da bukatar kashe dabbobi marasa laifi. Azzalumai ne kawai za su iya kashe su.
