Yoga navigator. Abin da za a zaɓa da kuma yadda ba za a ruɗe ba?

Yoga yana da kwatance da yawa kuma kowanne yana da takamaiman aiki: yana dawo da ƙarfi, horar da son rai, shakatawa, yana da tasirin warkewa, da sautuna. 

A zahiri, duk makarantun yoga za a iya raba su zuwa yankuna uku: tsauri, a tsaye da tunani. Amma bayyanar sabbin kwatance sannu a hankali yana daidaita wannan rarrabuwa. 1.     Aqua yoga. Ya ƙunshi adadi mai yawa na motsa jiki na yoga na gargajiya, amma ana yin su a cikin tafkin. Ya dogara ne akan shimfidawa da ƙarfafa tsokoki, tausa na gabobin ciki. Aqua yoga ana yawan yin shi a kulake na motsa jiki.

2.   Bikram yoga. Ana yin shi a cikin ɗaki mai zafi, inda yanayin ya kasance kusa da wurare masu zafi. Jiki yana dumi a cikinsa, nauyin yana ƙaruwa a hankali. Godiya ga wannan, yaduwar jini yana inganta, tsokoki sun zama mafi na roba. A cikin irin waɗannan yanayi, an fi jurewa da wuce gona da iri.

3.     Hatha yoga. Yana la'akari da jin daɗin jiki a matsayin yanayin da ya dace don ci gaban ruhaniya. Wannan salon ita ce hanya mafi kyau don sanin al'amuran zahiri na yoga ba tare da nutsewa cikin addini ba. Babban mahimmanci a cikin hatha yoga shine akan motsa jiki don kashin baya.

4.     Ikon yoga. Musamman yana buƙatar horo na jiki, saboda ana nufin haɓaka ƙarfi, sassauci, da haɓaka ƙwayar tsoka. Irin wannan yoga yana ɗauka cewa ta hanyar shawo kan matsalolin jiki za ku iya jimre wa tashin hankali da damuwa, haɓaka ƙarfin zuciya. Haɓakawa a cikin maida hankali zai zama kyakkyawan kari.

 

Don mafi yawan rashin shiri, wasu fasaha sun dace. Idan baku taɓa motsa jiki ba, to yana da kyau a fara da waɗannan ayyukan:

1.   Wine-yoga. Wannan shirin na mutum yana yin la'akari da matakin ci gaban al'adu da na zahiri. Ya ƙunshi aiki tare da mai koyarwa, matsayi na tunani da ƙaramar hadaddun asanas. Abu mafi mahimmanci shine motsin zuciyar kirki wanda zai iya tasiri ga lafiyar gaba ɗaya.

2.    Iyengar Yoga. Wannan aikin yana sake fasalin falsafar hatha yoga. Yana la'akari da ikon ku na sassauci da juriya, yana ba da garantin cikakken rashin jin daɗi. Tare da taimakon na'urori na musamman (blocks, madauri, rollers), zai zama sauƙi don yin aikin motsa jiki kuma sakamakon ba zai dade ba.

3.     Yi yoga. Ana la'akari da salon mafi laushi. Yana nufin horo na ruhaniya. Bayan waɗannan ayyukan, za ku kasance da shiri mafi kyau don motsa jiki na jiki wanda ke buƙatar ƙarfi da jimiri.

4.   Kundalini. Wannan jagorar a yoga yana taimakawa wajen bayyana damar jikin ku da tunanin ku tare da ƙaramin ƙoƙari. Wajibi ne don yin motsa jiki na numfashi na musamman - suna kunna makamashin ɓoye, suna raira waƙa kuma suna barin jiki ya shimfiɗa. Irin wannan hadaddun yana aiki akan sabuntawa da haɓaka ƙarfin kai.

3.    Kripalu. Lokacin yin motsa jiki na irin wannan nau'in yoga, za ku iya aiki mafi kyau ga duniyar ku ta ruhaniya. Wannan yana yiwuwa saboda daidaitawar motsa jiki ga wani mutum. Rawar rawa, waƙa ko tausa - za ku zaɓi, babban abu shine sani da kuma maida hankali kan jin ku.

4.  Tantra Yoga. Yana iya jagorantar sha'awar "marasa komai" zuwa ci gaban ciki, yana taimakawa wajen tsarkake ma'anar tunani. Tantra yoga yana koyar da son kai ba tare da ƙara girman kai ba.
