Gajiya, faɗuwa lokaci-lokaci, rashin daidaituwar abinci, kwaya mara kyau, gashin mu yana nuna lafiyar mu. Gashi mai laushi : shafa da ruwan lemun tsami sau daya a mako.

Gashi mai laushi da dandruff : ½ gilashin giya da yolks kwai 2 ta hanyar shafa, kurkura da wankewa.

Gashi mai bushewa : Cokali 4 na yogurt da abin rufe fuska kwai. Saka tsawon minti 5 sannan a kurkura.

Asarar gashi : dintsi na Rosemary a cikin lita 1 na ruwan inabi na fari, a ba da shi tsawon makonni 3, shafa sau biyu a mako.

Ƙarfafa haɓaka girma : 6 digo na Rosemary muhimmanci mai gauraye da wani kashi na m shamfu.
