Rashin Rashin Jima'i Na Namiji - Ra'ayin Likitanmu

A matsayin wani ɓangare na ingantaccen tsarin sa, Passeportsanté.net yana gayyatar ku don gano ra'ayin ƙwararren lafiya. Dr Catherine Solano, likitan ilimin jima'i, ya ba ku ra'ayi game da namiji jima'i dysfunction :

Muna rayuwa tsawon lokaci kuma wannan abu ne mai kyau sosai. Duk da haka, jikinmu yana tsufa kuma wajibi ne mu karbi kayan taimako don ci gaba da rayuwa mai jituwa: gilashin don gani kusa, dasa hakori, kayan ji ... Jima'i ba banda ga wannan ci gaban. Don haka me yasa ba za ku sami taimako lokacin da jima'i ke fama da tsufa ba?

Abin da ke ba ni baƙin ciki a matsayin mai ilimin jima'i shine matasa suna shan wahala sosai saboda rashin girmama jikinsu: suna shan taba (yawanci!) Sha (har yanzu da yawa), ba sa motsa jiki, cin abinci mara kyau ...

Idan kana so ka rayu cikin jituwa na jima'i na dogon lokaci, girmama jikinka, kula da shi kuma zai gode maka ta ci gaba da ba ka jin dadin jima'i (ban da lafiya mai kyau a wasu wurare!)
