Ruwan lemun tsami: dandano da fa'ida a cikin daya!

Ruwan lemun tsami abin sha ne mai dadi da lafiya. Ana iya ƙara kayan aikin warkarwa ta ƙara ƙaramin adadin turmeric. Kayan yaji zai karfafa tsarin rigakafi, tallafawa aikin da ya dace na jiki. Ana amfani da Turmeric sau da yawa a cikin abincin Indiya. Yana ba abincin ɗanɗano mai ban sha'awa da ƙamshi mai ban sha'awa.

Abin sha zai ba ku damar samun ƙarfin kuzari mai ban mamaki ga dukan yini kuma ya sake farfado da jiki. Ruwan dumi yana taimakawa wajen daidaita narkewa, lemun tsami yana sauƙaƙa hanta daga tarin guba.

An san Turmeric shekaru da yawa a matsayin mai ƙarfafa lafiya. An tabbatar da kyawawan dabi'un kayan yaji ta hanyar binciken kimiyya. Turmeric ba shi da contraindications. Hakanan baya iya haifar da illa. Kayan yaji ya shahara saboda ƙaƙƙarfan kaddarorin anti-mai kumburi, kasancewar kyakkyawan antioxidant. Hakanan zaka iya ƙara ɗan kirfa don dandana. Zai ba ku damar samun nasarar sarrafa matakan sukari na jini, zai sami kyakkyawan sakamako mai kumburi.

Abin sha zai taimaka maka ci gaba da jin daɗi na sa'o'i da yawa. Godiya ga wannan, zaku iya rasa ƙarin fam.

Bari mu haskaka manyan fa'idodin abin sha:

  • Yana ba ku damar kawar da tsalle-tsalle masu kaifi a cikin sukarin jini wanda ke haifar da ciwon sukari,
  • Yana taimakawa jikin dan adam karya kitse nan da nan bayan ya ci.
  • Yana inganta asarar nauyi, yana wanke gubobi masu cutarwa,
  • Saboda abubuwan da ke hana kumburin ciki, yana iya hana faruwar cututtukan kwakwalwa da ke haifar da tsufa.
  • Yana taimakawa rage maƙarƙashiya
  • Yana inganta aikin hanta
  • Yana inganta lafiyar gaba ɗaya, yana kare jiki daga mura mai haɗari.

Abin sha: Don yin abin sha za ku buƙaci:

  • Turmeric (0.25 tsp).
  • Ruwan dumi (gilashi 1)
  • Juice daga rabin lemun tsami
  • zuma (0.125 tsp),
  • Cinnamon (1 tsunkule).

Siffofin shiri

Azuba ruwan zafi sai azuba ruwan lemun tsami da zuma da dawa a ciki. Dama sakamakon cakuda sosai. Kar ka manta cewa don tasirin abin sha ya zama mafi kyau, ana buƙatar motsawa akai-akai har sai an sha abin sha. Dole ne a yi haka, yayin da turmeric a hankali ya zauna a ƙasa.
