Chicory maimakon kofi
 

Gaskiyar cewa abin sha daga tushen chicory yana bugu maimakon kofi, na koya kwanan nan. Lokacin da na karanta yadda chicory yake da amfani, na yi mamakin cewa ban taɓa jin labarinsa ba.

Tushen Chicory ya ƙunshi 60% (nauyin bushe) na inulin, polysaccharide wanda ake amfani dashi a cikin abinci mai gina jiki a madadin sitaci da sukari. Inulin yana inganta assimilation (shayar da jikinmu daga abinci) na alli da magnesium, yana taimakawa ci gaban kwayoyin cuta na hanji. Ana ɗaukar shi wani nau'i na fiber mai narkewa daga masana ilimin abinci mai gina jiki kuma wani lokacin ana rarraba shi azaman prebiotic.

Tushen Chicory ya ƙunshi Organic acid, bitamin B, C, carotene.
