Tafasa, soya ko naman - wace hanya mafi lafiya ta dafa nama?
 

Nama yana buƙatar magani mai zafi. Amma wane ne mafi kyau - soya, tafasa ko dafa?  

Masu bincike a jami’ar Illinois sun gano cewa miya da dafaffen nama sun fi na soyayyen lafiya. Ya bayyana cewa yadda ake shirya abinci yana shafar amfanin sa. 

Af, duka a cikin yanayin frying, da kuma nama ko dafa abinci, ana adana bitamin da abubuwan gina jiki. Amma soyayyen nama a wasu lokuta na iya haifar da cututtukan zuciya.

Abun shine lokacin da ake soya nama, ana samar da samfurori na glycosylation, wanda aka ajiye a kan ganuwar jini kuma suna taimakawa wajen lalata su.

 

Amma a lokacin dafa abinci ko stewing, waɗannan abubuwa masu haɗari ba su samuwa ba. 

Ka tuna a baya mun yi magana a kan wane nama ne mai kyau a ci, da kuma abin da ba a so.
