Abubuwa 5 game da quinoa
 

Tushen cikakken furotin, ɗakin ajiyar bitamin da ma'adanai, mai gwagwarmayar ƙaura, mai ba da fiber mai ba da rai, marar alkama, ... - duk game da wannan babban abinci ne, game da quinoa! Bugu da kari, wannan al'ada tana zama sananne a wurinmu, amma ga wasu abubuwa masu ban sha'awa game da shi:

- Mafi kusancin dangi na quinoa sune alayyafo da beets;

- Ana samun hatsi da gari daga tsaba na quinoa, kuma ana amfani da harbe da ganye azaman kayan lambu;

- Quinoa yana ɗanɗano kamar shinkafa launin ruwan kasa;

 

– Quinoa fari ne, ja, baki. A lokaci guda kuma, launi ba ya shafar amfani, fari ba shi da zafi fiye da sauran, amma yana kiyaye siffarsa, bayan dafa abinci, ya fi kyau ja da baki;

– Quinoa yana ɗan ɗanɗano ɗanɗano kaɗan idan an kurkura a ƙarƙashin ruwa mai gudu kafin dafa abinci.
