Rigakafin rikitarwa na ciwon sukari

Mutanen da ke da ciwon sukari na iya hana ko aƙalla rage saurin haɓakar rikice-rikicen ciwon sukari ta hanyar sa ido da sarrafa abubuwa 3: glucose karfin jini da kuma cholesterol.
