Insta karin kumallo: muna dafa shi don ci da so

Karin kumallo, kodayake sau da yawa muna watsi da shi, duk abin da mutum zai iya faɗi, abinci mafi mahimmanci. Kuma yana da mahimmanci cewa ba kawai ya kasance ba, amma kuma ya kasance mai daidaituwa. Kuma kyakkyawa! Bayan duk wannan, idan kun ɗauki hoto na karin kumallo da safe, to daga baya a rana zai yi daɗi sosai don karɓar abubuwan so don wannan hoton!

Yogurt berry mai laushi
