Ghee: lafiya mai?

Mmm… man! Yayin da zuciyarka da cikinka suka narke a ambaton ƙamshi, man shanu na zinariya, likitoci suna tunanin akasin haka.

Sai dai ghee.

Ana yin Ghee ne ta hanyar dumama man shanu har sai daskararrun madara ya rabu, sannan a cire shi. Ana amfani da Ghee ba kawai a cikin Ayurveda da abincin Indiya ba, har ma a yawancin dafa abinci na masana'antu. Me yasa? A cewar masu dafa abinci, ba kamar sauran nau'ikan kitse ba, ghee yana da kyau don dafa abinci a yanayin zafi. Bugu da kari, yana da matukar amfani.

Ghee yana da amfani?

Tun da a zahiri ghee ba kayan kiwo bane, amma galibi cikakken kitse, zaku iya cinye shi ba tare da tsoron haɓaka matakan cholesterol ɗin ku ba. Kuma wannan shine farkon.

A cewar masana, ghee na iya:    Haɓaka rigakafi Kula da lafiyar kwakwalwa Taimakawa kawar da ƙwayoyin cuta Samar da lafiyayyen allurai na bitamin A, D, E, K, Omega 3 da 9 Inganta farfadowar tsoka yana shafar cholesterol da lipids na jini.  

Ah eh… asarar nauyi  

Kamar yadda ake cewa kuna buƙatar kashe kuɗi don samun kuɗi, kuna buƙatar cinye kitse don ƙone mai.

"Mafi yawan mutanen yammacin duniya suna da tsarin narkewar abinci mai sluggish da gallbladder," in ji Dokta John Duillard, mai ilimin hanyoyin kwantar da hankali na Ayurvedic kuma mai koyarwa a Cibiyar Harkokin Gina Jiki. "Yana nufin mun rasa ikon ƙona kitse yadda ya kamata."

Ta yaya wannan ke da alaƙa da ghee? A cewar masana, ghee na kara karfin gallbladder kuma yana taimakawa wajen rage kiba ta hanyar sanya mai a jiki, wanda hakan ke janyo kitse da kuma kawar da gubobi da ke sa ya yi wuya a karya kitse.

Duillard ya ba da shawarar hanyar da za ta ƙona mai tare da ghee: sha 60 g na ghee mai ruwa da safe na kwana uku sau ɗaya a cikin kwata a matsayin "lubrication".

Ina mafi kyawun wurin siyan ghee?  

Ana iya samun ghee na halitta a mafi yawan shagunan abinci na kiwon lafiya, da Dukan Abinci da Mai ciniki Joe.

Rashin amfanin ghee?

Wasu masana sun ba da shawarar yin amfani da ghee a cikin ƙananan allurai yayin da ake buƙatar ƙarin bincike game da iƙirarin amfanin ghee: "Ban sami wata bayyananniyar shaida cewa ghee yana da tasiri mai kyau ga lafiya ba," in ji Dokta David Katz, wanda ya kafa kuma darektan. Cibiyar Bincike a Rigakafi a Jami'ar Yale. "Yawancinsu almara ne kawai."
